Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received before <insert date here> are subject to a charge of 25% of the registration fees and 50% of the EQ IN Action Profile Fee for administrative costs. From <insert date here> on, full payment will be requested and refunds will not be provided. Orange Rose Services reserves the right to cancel the seminar at any time. Upon cancellation, you will be notified and refunded the full cost of the seminar.
